Have you ever heard something or came across something that excited you SO much that you were SO excited that you wanted to tell everybody? It could have been a new car, your first home, a new friend, a new job, a new baby, maybe a new place to eat or maybe even a new diet. Have you ever felt that way? I know I have.
Have you ever heard something so exciting you could not wait to repeat it or tell somebody? Some may call that gossip. But is it gossip if it is true and if it is uplifting? We all need good news don’t we? I mean there is enough bad news out there right?
Have you or maybe a friend or family member who was going through something difficult needed help or you wanted help for them? Let me tell you part of what All About The Cross Ministries is about.
This ministry is about helping the hurting. It might be hurts or hang-ups or habits that locked on to you and they just will not turn loose. These things are not from above, but from the evil one? Are you strong enough to take on those evil powers alone? You have tried by yourself and it hasn’t worked. In Ecclesiastes 4:9–12, it tells us; “Two are better than one, because together they can work more effectively. If one of them should fall down, the other one can help them back up. However, if someone is alone, who will help them back up? Two men can resist an attack that would defeat one person alone.”
You might say, “If this is a problem today why have I not heard anyone talking about it?” Friend, if you had a bad cut, or wound, by not talking about it, would it make it go away or make it not there, or hurt any less? Jeremiah 6: 14 Says; “You can’t heal a wound by saying it’s not there.” A lot of churches just are not well equipped to address these issues.
I have been accused of being very bold with my relationship with Jesus. I hope I am found guilty of that. I want to speak of HIS love forever! I want to spread HIS Good News. HE fixed me! HE can fix you too! HE paid the price in FULL on the cross. No matter how you look at it, it’s “All About The Cross.” It’s all about loving people and being fisher of people.
